Counselling Services
In person
I offer one-to-one counselling and psychotherapy for adults from my Castle Douglas office in Dumfries and Galloway. I can work with people who have never done any counselling, as well as with those who have tried a few different things already. I work with each one of my clients differently, depending on what they need to feel safe, process, and recover.
Online
You may be based elsewhere in the country, or perhaps your schedule is too busy to accommodate in person attendance. Online sessions are accessible from anywhere, providing you have a private space where you feel comfortable to open up. We will meet at the same time every week, on a secure and confidential online platform.
